Privacy Policy

This describes how Bonufied Pte Ltd ("Bonufied", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Information we collect

Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus whether you opted in to occasional updates. Your message is sent to our email inbox and is kept only as long as needed to respond to you, then deleted.

Members area. The members area is private and by invitation only. People who are invited are given a separate, more detailed privacy notice inside the members area. If you have been invited, signing in collects your email address, name, and profile photo (either from your Google account, or one you upload directly), and which sign-in method you used.

Automatically, via hosting. Like any website, our hosting provider logs standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. We don't run advertising or third-party tracking tools.

Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we only request your basic profile information (name, email address, profile photo) — nothing else from your Google account. Google's own privacy policy governs their side of that exchange.

How we use it

To operate and secure the members area, to respond to messages sent through the contact form, and — only if you opted in — to send occasional updates. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with anyone except trusted third-party service providers we use to run the site and the members area.

Where it's stored

Personal data is stored securely with third-party service providers that host our website and run our member accounts. Some of these providers operate outside Singapore; where that is the case we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect your data to a standard comparable to the PDPA's. We don't use third-party tracking cookies.

Members area access

The members area is by invitation only. Signing in alone doesn't give access to member information.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it, by using our contact form. We'll respond within a reasonable time — we aim for 30 days.

Data breaches

If a breach of personal data is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the people affected and, where required, the Personal Data Protection Commission.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
