Privacy Policy

This describes how Bonufied Pte Ltd ("Bonufied", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Information we collect

Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus whether you opted in to occasional updates.

Members area. The members area is by invitation. Signing in collects your email address, name, and profile photo (either from your Google account, or one you upload directly), and which sign-in method you used. Once approved, we also store whatever information the members area itself is built to hold — currently your profile details.

Automatically, via hosting. Like any website, our host (Netlify) logs standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. We don't run separate analytics or ad-tracking tools ourselves.

Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we only request your basic profile information (name, email address, profile photo) — nothing else from your Google account. Google's own privacy policy governs their side of that exchange.

How we use it

To operate and secure the members area, to respond to messages sent through the contact form, and — only if you opted in — to send occasional updates. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site (listed below).

Where it's stored

Member accounts and data are stored with Supabase (database and authentication). The website itself is hosted on Netlify. Session/sign-in state is kept in your browser's local storage, not third-party tracking cookies.

Members area access

Access is by invitation only, controlled through an approved list of email addresses. Even a signed-in account isn't granted access to member data unless it's on that list.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by getting in touch. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
